Step 1

Discover & Plan

We run workshops to establish detailed requirements based on a deep understanding of all aspects of your operation. During this stage we uncover opportunities to improve your corporate performance and profitability management. We overview best practice for your industry and share how others, including other industries, are using smart modelling and technology to increase their competitive edge. Together we map out your journey and agree scope for the initial project.

Step 2

Design & Engineer

We architect the solution for your project or programme. We prepare detailed designs of the financial models required. We configure and implement the Workday Adaptive Planning platform including our models and your organisation structure and Chart of Accounts.

Step 3

Integrate & Test

We integrate your operational and financial systems with the Work day Adaptive Planning platform using Boomi and we build out a full working version of your new system ready for acceptance testing.

Step 4

Support

After you test and accept the system we fully document your implementation. We encourage your users to take ownership as much as possible throughout each project. At the end of each project we give whatever training is needed and of course we are always available to guide and support your team, advising on maintenance, refinement and development of models and configuration. We provide ongoing ideas, industry cross fertilisation, advice and consultancy.
